Right of withdrawal

DOPERS.IT guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must send a simple communication to that effect, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods (as per article 6, par. B, D. Law no. 185 of 22/05/1999) and return the goods within a further 15 days of such communication.

Beneficiaries:

The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any way purchase for resale to third parties.

Consistency of this right:

The consumer in accordance with the provisions of the most recent Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n.185) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days of receipt of the goods, returning the goods subject to the withdrawal to DOPERS .IT, which will refund the price of the returned goods. It should be noted that in the case of prize operations (promotions), in which the purchase of an asset is combined with another asset, which is sold at a ridiculously low price or even given as a gift, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods subject to purchase, given the constraint of the accessibility of the good in promotion with respect to the first. It is not possible to withdraw from the purchase of discounted or customized products.

How it is applied:

Before contacting DOPERS.IT Customer Service, it is advisable to have the order number available.

Send by registered letter with return receipt and, preferably in advance by certified e-mail to info@dopers.it, containing a signed communication in which the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal is clearly expressed, indicating all the reference data of the 'purchase, (your order number, and which products must be subject to withdrawal) all to be returned within 15 days from the date of written communication made within 10 days of arrival.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

• The purchased good must be substantially intact and unused;
• By law, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer who decides to exercise the right of withdrawal;
• Shipping costs must be added to the price of the product, the amount of which varies according to the delivery method requested.
• In non-EU countries the price does not include national taxes and import taxes.

Delivery of products

DOPERS.IT will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated.

All delivery times shown on DOPERS.IT are estimates based solely on availability, normal order processing and delivery times declared by the carriers in charge.

Current legislation and jurisdiction:

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract entered into online by the Customer with DOPERS.IT, is subject to Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the Court of the place of execution of the contract is competent.
